Our E8 Markets review
Overview
E8 Markets started in November 2021 as E8 Funding, a Dallas, Texas-based prop firm led by CEO Dylan Elchami, and rebranded to E8 Markets in November 2023. The group uses several entities: E8 Funding LLC in Dallas, E8 Markets Ltd in Saint Lucia for MetaTrader 5 accounts, and a Puerto Rico company for certain website policies. It is known for letting traders configure their own challenge parameters, for multi-asset coverage that now includes futures and simulated crypto perpetuals, and for fast reported payout processing.
E8 Markets is not a regulated broker and does not take trading deposits. Customers buy a simulated evaluation and, if successful, receive rewards based on simulated performance. Prices quoted below were checked against reviews dated between June and November 2026; E8 runs its own promotions frequently.
Programmes
The line-up has expanded rapidly and now spans several products:
- E8 One – a one-step forex/CFD evaluation from $5K to $500K. Traders can configure the maximum drawdown between 4% and 14%, with the profit target set at 1.5 times the drawdown (6–21%) and a split of 80%, 90% or 100%. The preset $5K version uses a 9% target, 4% daily loss and 6% dynamic drawdown. Funded accounts carry a 40% best-day rule.
- E8 Pro – a lower-cost one-step model with an 8% target, 2.5% daily loss, 8% static drawdown and a 2% daily profit cap; only half of accumulated profit can be requested, with the rest held as a buffer.
- E8 Signature – $25K to $150K forex or CME futures accounts with a 6% target, a 3–4% end-of-day dynamic drawdown, a soft "daily pause" and a 35% best-day rule on funded accounts.
- E8 Zero – a futures-only product launched in July 2026.
| Item | E8 One (preset) | E8 Pro | E8 Signature |

Costs and refunds
Entry prices are competitive: one comparison site checked in September 2026 listed E8 Pro from $29 and E8 One from $44 for $5K using a 5% code, while another listed the $5K E8 One at $48. Configuring a larger drawdown or 100% split raises the price. The fee is not refunded with the first payout on any product, and a refund is only possible shortly after purchase if no trades have been placed. Traders who fail can restart at a discount within seven days.
Payouts
E8 One payouts are on demand, with the first request possible soon after funding; E8 Pro allows daily requests subject to a 1% minimum; Signature requires five profitable days between payouts and has tiered caps, and Signature Futures accounts opened after 14 July 2026 are limited to five payouts. Withdrawals go through Rise and a bank-payout partner, with reviewers citing approval in hours and funds within one to two business days. A tracker cited by FundedTrading put cumulative payouts above $76 million across more than 22,000 requests since 2021. E8 does not offer a classic scaling plan; instead traders can run several funded accounts in parallel up to an overall simulated capital cap.
Platforms, instruments and rules
Forex and CFD accounts run on MetaTrader 5, cTrader, Match-Trader and TradeLocker, while futures use Tradovate, the E8 Futures platform and, for Signature Futures, NinjaTrader, Quantower, TradingView and Sierra Chart; perpetuals use the E8 Terminal. US residents cannot use MetaTrader 5. Leverage is modest at 1:30 on forex and 1:1 on crypto CFDs. News trading is allowed on Pro, Signature and Zero, but E8 One funded accounts restrict trading in a window around high-impact releases. Weekend holding is permitted on E8 One and E8 Pro but not on Signature or Zero. Expert advisors are allowed on the forex products if they run a unique strategy, but not on futures products; grid trading, tick scalping, latency arbitrage and cross-account hedging are banned, and accounts with more than half of trades closed within a minute are flagged.
Reputation and notable events
E8 has positive feedback on payout speed and won a payout-related award at the 2025 Prop Firm Match Awards. However, its Trustpilot page, checked on 5 November 2026, shows a warning that the company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of Trustpilot's guidelines and that a number of fake reviews were removed. PropFirmMap subsequently downgraded its safety grade. The firm also changes products frequently, its crypto CFD accounts were moved to legacy status by September 2026, and rules are spread across several help centres, which makes them harder to follow. US clients are limited to TradeLocker and Match-Trader, in line with the wider MetaTrader restrictions on US prop traders that began across the industry in 2024.
Who it suits
E8 Markets suits experienced traders who want to tailor drawdown, target and split to their own style, or who want forex, futures and crypto perpetual evaluations under one roof. Beginners may find the number of products and rule variations confusing, and anyone who places weight on review platforms should note the current Trustpilot warning.
Verdict
E8 Markets offers flexible, competitively priced evaluations, quick reported payouts and broad platform coverage from a US-based operator. Against that sit no fee refund, low leverage, fragmented documentation and a 2026 Trustpilot guideline-breach notice that weighs on its reputation score. Verify the latest terms on the official E8 Markets website before buying.
